At the heart of Corrida is our commitment to regeneratively raised beef through Corrida Cattle Co., sourced with integrity and respect for the land. In our dining room, the dry-aged display case stands as the centerpiece, where our bone-in ribeyes and New York strips are carefully aged to deepen flavor and showcase the true character of the beef.

Chef Samuel McCandless has created a menu that reflects a farm-to-table philosophy, celebrating locally sourced produce alongside carefully selected luxury imports from Spain. From vibrant tapas and pristine seafood to exceptional steaks, every dish reflects a balance of Spanish tradition, thoughtful sourcing, and culinary craft.
